Acceptance of the Terms

By using Kinzo LaSalle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all terms and conditions outlined below, please discontinue use immediately.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, spamming, or engaging in other abusive conduct towards users or staff
  • Misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to evade restrictions

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We may suspend or terminate any account that we suspect is linked to another user's account. If you are suspected of fraud or prohibited activity:

  • We will notify you in writing with a clear explanation of the reasons
  • You'll have 7 days to respond and correct your actions, after which action will be taken accordingly

Bonus & Promotion Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by Kinzo LaSalle come with specific terms and conditions. Please read each set carefully before accepting:

  • Bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements (minimum bets)
  • Winnings may have varying payout rates
  • Promotions can only be used as intended, not for resale or exchange

Wagering & Gameplay Conditions

  • Ensure all gaming sessions begin and end in a clear state of mind

Deposits & Withdrawals (subject to source material)

Before processing withdrawals:

Processing & Review Procedures

For security reasons, we reserve the right to delay transactions while verifying accounts or investigating suspicious activity.

Responsible Gaming Expectations

We encourage all users to gamble responsibly:

  • Manage your bankroll and budget wisely; never wager more than you can afford
  • Limit time spent on gaming sessions: 30 minutes per session minimum break required between each online gaming round
  • Self-exclude yourself from Kinzo LaSalle for periods up to one month if needed, after which new account creation might be subject to review before re-enabling your existing account

If you feel the need:

  • Contact us directly to request account restriction or closure; provide a detailed explanation of reasons for suspension, in addition to your real name and address.

Game Fairness & RNG Systems

To ensure fairness:

  • Regular audits will verify these systems meet international gaming standards

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

In the event of technical difficulties or system malfunctions leading to voiding game outcomes:

  • Compensation may not be provided for each individual user, at our discretion considering severity and circumstances; instead we'll provide a credit note corresponding proportionally towards the minimum stake as agreed upon in the specific service contract
  • All attempts will be made to rectify these situations promptly.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We can:

  • Suspend accounts due to non-compliance with regulations or platform abuse
  • Permanently terminate any account engaging in severe abuse or breaching Terms & Conditions
  • Notify you through email upon account suspension or termination, including clear reason for action taken

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights on Kinzo LaSalle remain our exclusive property. No part of this agreement grants any user ownership over the content or platform.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to providing services as agreed in these Terms & Conditions. We are not liable for consequential, punitive damages arising from your use of Kinzo LaSalle.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify Terms at our discretion without notice:

  • All updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately
  • You'll have 7 days to opt-out or cancel any new conditions you find unacceptable before action is taken accordingly
